The Russian military command and the regime of Belarus’s self-proclaimed President Alexander Lukashenko are actively preparing infrastructure for military operations along Belarus’s border with NATO states and Ukraine. This was exclusively reported to Kyiv Post by Frantsishak Viachorka, adviser to the President of the Coordination Council of Belarus and head of the Belarusian democratic government-in-exile, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, on the sidelines of the 2026 Black Sea Security Forum in Odesa.
