MOSCOW Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia on Wednesday of preparing an operation against Ukraine's water supply systems. Following a meeting on all regions that have come under Russian strikes in Kyiv, Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram that all regional authorities must seriously approach the protection of relevant facilities. "We also know that the Russians are preparing an operation against water supply systems in the coming months. In every community, there must be a serious
