An Israeli strike hit a tent sheltering a displaced family in the central Gaza Strip, killing at least three people, including the parents of twins, Palestinian health officials said. The Israeli blast took the Gaza death toll almost 40 in 24 hours, and in north Lebanon as many as 27 people were killed in the same period, including seven children. A tent blast late on Sunday in the Nuseirat urban refugee camp wounded the two children, aged 10, who were treated for serious injuries at Al-Aqsa
