JERUSALEM/ISTANBUL  Israel will not allow Gaza’s reconstruction to take place before it is disarmed, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said late Tuesday. His remarks came during a press conference at his office in West Jerusalem a day after the announcement of the recovery of the remains of Master Sgt. Ran Gvili, the last of the 251 hostages taken into Gaza on Oct. 7, 2023 by the Palestinian group Hamas and its allies. Netanyahu has long used the issue as justification for not implementing the
