An Israeli delegation went to Cairo to try to negotiate the release of slain hostage St.-Sgt.-Maj. Ran Gvili, the Prime Minister's Office, announced on Thursday.The delegation was headed by the Coordinator for Hostages and Missing Persons, Brig.-Gen. (res.)
