Italy-Jordan agreement to improve Palestinian refugee camp

Italy and Jordan signed an agreement to upgrade the wastewater system in the Palestinian Al-Soukhneh camp to benefit about 7,000 residents. For Italy, Italy's ambassador to Amman, Luciano Pezzotti, signed the agreement. The project funded by Italy with 1.75 million euros will improve sanitation, public health and the environment.
