Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani has summoned Israel's ambassador to Italy to the foreign ministry in Rome after two Carabinieri officers working at the Consulate General in Jerusalem were threatened by a man, presumably a settler, in the West Bank on Sunday.     The Italian foreign ministry said the ambassador had been summoned "to seek clarification" and to confirm Rome's "strong protest" over the incident.     Earlier on Monday the ministry said that the Italian Embassy in Tel Aviv had sent a
