TOKYO: Japan could consider deploying its military for minesweeping in the Strait of Hormuz, a vital artery for global oil supplies, if a ceasefire is reached in the US-Israeli war on Iran , Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi said on Sunday (Mar 22).
