Dec. 3 (UPI) -- President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that he is granting a pardon to Rep. Henry Cuellar , D-Texas, who was indicted on bribery and money laundering last year. The charges allege that Cuellar accepted nearly $600,000 in bribes from an oil company owned by the Azerbaijan government and a Mexican bank, then laundered the funds.
