Yemen's Houthis have fired ballistic missiles at Israeli military sites for the first time in the war in Iran. The group, close allies of Iran, said they were joining the conflict in defence of Tehran in a move that could have a big impact on the global economy. The group could attack shipping in the Red Sea's Bab al-Mandab Strait, much in the same way Iran has attacked tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, pushing up oil and commodity prices.
