It is not possible for an EU member State to unilaterally quit the Stability and Growth Pact, an idea some members of Premier Giorgia Meloni's government have mooted if the bloc's budget rules are not suspended due to the effects of the Iran war, a European Commission spokesperson said on Tuesday.     "There is no possibility for a Member State to unilaterally withdraw from the Stability and Growth Pact," the spokesperson said.     "Fiscal rules are part of European Union law and are binding on
