A teenage lad in the southern Los Angeles neighbourhood of Vermont Knolls has died following a tragic incident involving fireworks . The 17 year old was reportedly in his back garden "playing with fireworks" when neighbours heard a "boom" that sounded "like a bomb" on Wednesday night at approximately 9:30pm local time.
