Border czar Tom Homan’s now in Minneapolis , de-escalating the ICE wars there with some initial success — but many anti-enforcement voices across the country are still pushing the other way. Homan says Mayor Jacob Frey, Gov. Tim Walz and state Attorney General Keith Ellison have assured him the state’s prisons and jails will start handing over illegal-immigrant criminals to ICE, rather than releasing them back into the community. That’ll allow Homeland Security to “start drawing down” its
