The government has issued new guidance for how much screen time parents should allow young children to have. The new guidelines state that for children under two screens should be avoided altogether, unless they are being used to encourage bonding and conversation, and under-fives should only be allowed an hour of screen time a day. Sky's education reporter Anjum Peerbacos spoke to parents about how much their children use electronic devices, and what they make of the new recommendations.
