A hero rabbi has paid tribute to the two “very, very special men” killed in the deadly Manchester synagogue terror attack. Daniel Walker told of his heartbreak when he sees the seats where the two victims normally sat, saying “when I walk in one of the first things that I see is where they should be. There’s a big hole, we miss them a lot”. He spoke as the inquests into the deaths of Melvin Cravitz, 66, and 53-year-old Adrian Daulby were formally opened. They were killed after Jihad al-Shamie,
