ISTANBUL China said Saturday that a former employee of the military industry was sentenced to life in prison in an espionage case, according to media reports. The convict identified only as Wei, was a former employee of a research institute operating under a Chinese military industry group. Wei was charged with stealing and selling core secrets in technological research and development and practical application of key sectors, said the Global Times newspaper. Wei allegedly was recruited by a
