China and Russia's partnership has extended to outer space. The two countries held a meeting on Thursday, February 1, to talk about "outer space security" and how artificial intelligence will be used within their militaries, Knewz.com has learned. According to The Daily Express , Russian Foreign Military officials had "a detailed exchange of assessments" of the use of AI technology with China. Officials also said the meeting addressed "doctrinal guidelines and initiatives of Russia and China."
