Dozens of tanker trucks carrying raw milk are currently stranded at Bulgaria ’s borders after a new order issued by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA), triggering strong criticism from dairy processors who warn of supply disruption, waste, and potential price increases for basic food products, BGNES reported. Representatives of the sector say the measure has effectively blocked the movement of raw materials for nearly 10 days, leaving large volumes of milk waiting in high temperatures.
