Every year, Frontex's expert networks — the High-Level Round Table on Document and Identity Control and the Frontex Expert Group on Document Control — meet for a plenary session to exchange information and plan their priorities. Apart from representatives from the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North-Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine, the participants also include international and regional organisations that deal with document and identity control
