Consultations on a law governing civilian weapons, involving media representatives, experts, military personnel and members of parliament, will begin this week or next week, and there should be a single law on weapons for Ukraine, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said. "The consultations will take place this week or next week," the minister told journalists on Monday. He said that media representatives, experts writing on weapons issues, lawmakers and military personnel were involved in the
