Ljubljana, 17 February - President Nataša Pirc Musar expressed regret that not all EU member states have been invited to participate in a meeting about security and Europe and the war in Ukraine hosted by French President Emanuel Macron on Monday. Only a united Europe can be an equal player in international relations, she said.
