Second North Korean Nuclear Reactor Is Operational, United Nations Agency Warns

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has warned that a second nuclear reactor in North Korea may have reached "criticality." Knewz.com has learned that the implications are grave as this speaks to the country’s potential to produce more weapons-grade plutonium. The IAEA observed increased activity and a strong water outflow from the cooling system of the light water reactor (LWR) since mid-October 2023.
