Maxim Krippa, owner of the Parus business center and the Ukraine hotel in Kyiv city center, is acquiring Graal LLC through his investment fund Ars Capital. The company holds development rights for a strategic land plot near Khreshchatyk Street in the heart of the city center. According to Forbes, Graal LLC was previously owned by Kyiv developer Igor Nikonov (founder of KAN Development). KAN Development’s press service confirmed its exit from the project, while City Capital Group declined to
