A 22-year-old Senegalese worker died in a work-related accident that occurred inside a warehouse in Selvazzano Dentro (Padua) on Monday, the latest in a long spate of fatal workplace accidents in Italy. The worker was assigned to cut sheet metal, and while operating a machine designed for uncoiling and subsequent shearing, he noticed a lack of lubricant.
