Bratislava trains crash into each other head-on near as multiple injured

Two trains have crashed in south-west Slovakia, leaving nine people "seriously injured", according to local reports. Police were alerted at 7.31 pm local time to a crash near Pezinok, on the railway line between the town and Bratislava. Train REX 1814, heading from Nitra to the capital, is said to have collided with train Tatran 620 shortly after leaving Pezinok station.
