Oct. 14 (UPI) -- Chile topped the Latin American Artificial Intelligence Index 2025 for the second consecutive year with 70.5 points, followed by Brazil with 67.3 and Uruguay with 62.3 in a ranking that evaluates AI development in 19 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean.
