The European Commission has positively approved Bosnia and Herzegovina's Reform Agenda - a key step toward releasing up to €976.6 million under the EU's Reform and Growth Facility. The Commission concluded that the Reform Agenda, submitted on 30 September 2025, meets the objectives of the Growth Facility Regulation. It sets out priority reforms to accelerate the green and digital transitions, boost private-sector development, retain talent, and strengthen fundamental rights and the rule of law.
