ISTANBUL The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ( EBRD ) is providing a 25-million-euro loan to Turkish private lender DenizBank, which will on-lend to Turkish manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises ( SMEs ) for investments in their digital transformation.
