The Agriculture Committee (Agri) of the European Parliament has unanimously confirmed the agreement reached with EU Member States on a package of support measures for the wine sector with 44 votes in favour.     The deal with the EU Council was reached in early December and will now also have to be confirmed by the floor of the European Parliament.
