EUAM RCA Human Rights Adviser, together with Patricia Bocchi, Rule of Law and Human Rights Adviser at the Civilian Operations Headquarters of the European External Action Service (EEAS), met with the Police Women’s Network (Réseau des Femmes Policières – RFP) at the Central Police Station in Bangui to advance efforts to strengthen the Central African Republic’s response to gender-based violence and improve protection for victims. Discussions focused on reinforcing national capacity within the
