The EU is deepening security cooperation in West Africa , signing its first defense pact with Ghana and supporting Nigeria against terrorism and cyber threats. Kaja Kallas says the EU is providing drones, vehicles and tech tools while backing economic projects and seeking fair partnerships on energy and critical raw materials.
