Premier Giorgia Meloni and President Sergio Mattarella on Friday called for action against all forms of addiction.     Old addictions overlap and intertwine with new ones, generating fragility and problems often unknown in the past, and this complex reality requires courageous, concrete, and far-sighted responses," Meloni said at the seventh National Conference on Addictions in Rome.     Mattarella said at the same event: "The tragedy of addiction, the tragedy of lives destroyed by the perverse
