Today, the European Union (EU) together with Denmark, Germany, France and Lithuania, launched EU4Reconstruction — a €37 million Team Europe initiative to strengthen governance and accountability of Ukraine’s reconstruction, ensure sound and transparent public investment aligned with EU standards. The initiative unites Europe’s best reform and implementation experience — integrity and accountability frameworks, digital tools, municipal management and civic oversight — in one coordinated effort.
