As the United States and the European Union (EU) navigate an era of increased great power competition, rapid technological advancements, and rising geopolitical uncertainty, the transatlantic partnership in the digital and technology policy space remains crucial. Digital and technology policy also particularly matters for the trade and national security agendas for both sides of the Atlantic. However, differing regulatory approaches and strategic priorities may challenge closer transatlantic
