The new investigation will assess if the company properly assessed and mitigated risks associated with the deployment of Grok's functionalities in the EU. This comes after the dissemination of illegal content created by Grok, such as deep fake sexually explicit images, content that may amount to child sexual abuse material and anti-Semitic content.
