Tottenham have confirmed that goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario faces a spell on the sidelines after breaking his ankle in the 4-0 victory over Manchester City . Italy international Vicario sustained the injury in a collision during the first half of the resounding victory at the Etihad Stadium, although he went on to complete the full 90 minutes.
