A teenager has confessed to being responsible for an 'incredibly strong' XL Bully that was fatally shot by armed police after a dreadful attack in May. Tya Miller, 19, was looking after 'Kilo' when the huge dog ferociously assaulted Norman Beaton and Drift, his 14-year-old Border Collie, in East Kilbride, Scotland .
