JD Vance fighting for 'grand bargain' as Trump won't settle in key Iran talks

US Vice President JD Vance has said he is going to continue fighting for "grand bargain" that Trump wants to make with Iran and will not settle for a "small deal". Vance led negotiations with the Iranians in Pakistan over the weekend, that saw a 21 hour long discussion end without an agreement. He is expected to lead a potential second round of negotiations, should they materialise. Vance claimed that those sat opposite him "wanted to make a deal" despite the "mistrust" between the two nations.
