United States President Donald Trump said Monday Italian Premier Giorgia Meloni was an incredible and highly respected leader.     Speaking at he Gaza Peace Summit at Sharm El Sheikh, Trump praised his friend Meloni, calling her "an incredible and highly respected leader." But first, he complimented her on her appearance, admitting it was politically incorrect.     "She's very beautiful. If you say that, it's the end of your political career, but I'll say it anyway because it's true," he added.
