Shallow end of talent pool Show business has spawned a specialty organization called a Talent Agency. It’s a rest stop with phones. One, in particular, we’ll call NBW, which really stands for Nobody Works. They’re the liaison between Consumer and Consumee. However, all that’s consumed is time.
