Women and Equalities Minister Bridget Phillipson has affirmed that trans women should use men's toilets if no unisex facilities are available. The education secretary was asked what bathrooms trans women should use following the Supreme Court's judgement on Wednesday. She said: "The Supreme Court was clear that provision is on the basis of biological sex - that applies right across the board.
