Nov. 8 (UPI) -- President Joe Biden will travel to Lima, Peru and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil later this month for two international meetings. In Peru, Biden will take part in the Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit from Nov. 14-16 and hold a bilateral meeting with Peruvian President Dina Boluarte.
