Broadway’s biggest night is here. The 79th annual Tony Awards, celebrating the best and brightest of Broadway, are tonight, June 7. 19 plays and 11 musicals opened between April 28, 2025, through April 26, 2026, making them eligible for this year’s Tonys. “The Lost Boys,” based on the 1987 vampire flick , and “Schmigadoon!,” based on the Apple TV series , are tied for this year’s most-nominated musicals with 12 each.
