NBC has revealed its upcoming midseason schedule, which includes the premiere for the new comedy series “ The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins .” The single-camera series, which stars Tracy Morgan as a disgraced football star looking to rehabilitate his image, will premiere with two episodes on Feb. 23 beginning at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
