William Neil McCasland, a retired Air Force major general, was last seen on February 27 at about 11 a.m. in the area of Quail Run Court NE, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department. McCasland held senior leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force
