Markets Seeking 'Tangible' US-China Progress: Allspring

Henrietta Pacquement, head of global fixed income at Allspring, says the enthusiasm in markets is a step in the direction, but "tangible" progress on US-China trade negotiations is necessary for the feelgood factor to carry on.
