Venezuela Hit by Two Massive Earthquakes, 32 Are Dead

Venezuela declared a state of emergency after massive back-to-back earthquakes toppled buildings in Caracas, knocked down power lines and devastated the capital’s main airport. At least 32 people have been killed and more than 700 injured.
