Robot waiters and chefs are becoming increasingly popular as the adoption of AI and new tech grows. The Restaurant Asia 2025 and SIGEP Asia trade show is underway in Singapore, showcasing some of the latest F&B trends. With more than 400 exhibitors, organisers are expecting a record 12,000 visitors from all over the world at the annual event. Clara Lee reports.
