The Italian Ambassador to Ecuador, Giovanni Davoli, visited the University of Public Safety and Police Sciences in Quito, the academy for officers of the South American country’s National Police. The diplomat was accompanied by the State Police expert assigned to the embassy and by the Italian magistrate who heads the “Itajus” legal diplomacy project.        Davoli congratulated the students and the university administration for their dedication to service in the face of the growing challenge
