US-Iran talks in Islamabad uncertain as end of truce nears

Confusion surrounds possible peace talks between the United States and Iran , due to take place in Islamabad, Pakistan . While US President Donald Trump has sounded positive about renewed negotiations, Iran has thus far declined to send a delegation. Qatar has urged an extension of the ceasefire, due to expire on Wednesday if talks fail.
